This Privacy Statement (the “Statement”) explains how Coachwell, Inc. (“Coachwell,” “we,” or “us”) collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal information, including when you visit our websites, contact us, attend our events, or use any of our services, including Coachwell advisory services, digital services, applications, software, and content. Such information may include:

  • Date and time of your visit to our websites and duration of your visit,

  • Date and time of your use of our services and the duration of that use,

  • Your traffic patterns, browsing history, and clickstreams on our website or services,

  • Usage information, such as the features you use most with using our applications and software,

  • Performance and crash data related to our applications and software,

  • Type of device, web browser, and/or operating system used,

  • Your IP address,

  • The website from which you linked to our website or services, and

Personal information we collect may be considered ‘sensitive’ under certain privacy and data protection laws. We may process de-identified personal information. Data is in this state cannot be used to infer information about, or otherwise be linked to, a particular individual. In those instances, and unless allowed under applicable law, we will maintain such information in a de-identified state, and will not try to re-identify the individual.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information.

Coachwell uses your information for a variety of purposes, including to operate our business, provide and improve our services, develop new offerings, engage in sales and marketing, analyze website traffic, process payments, and comply with laws.

  • We use all categories of personal information described herein to provide, improve, and secure our services; protect our rights and property, as well as those of others, and prevent harm; comply with law and regulations; and meet other legal, ethical, or professional responsibilities.

  • Others, with your consent or at your direction. For example, we may share your payment information with banks to complete a payment transaction you initiated or put you in touch with someone at your request.

For example, we utilize cloud and AI service providers, networking services, staffing services, and marketing vendors that require access to personal information to perform services or functions we contracted with them to deliver. We may also engage with accountants, consultants, lawyers, or other professionals, as necessary, who may also process your information.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and/or confirm the personal information relates to you.

We use cookies and similar technology to automatically collect personal information, such as when you visit our website. We may also hire others, such as Google, Hubspot, or Squarespace, to provide analytics services and to gather information on our behalf. 6. Children’s and Teens’ Data.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children or minors. If you're a parent or guardian of a child and become aware that your child has provided personal data to us, contact us at privacy@coachwell.com.

We use commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to assist ‎in protecting against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of your information that is under our control. ‎Unfortunately, no data storage system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet, can be ‎guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of our network, the ‎means by which personally information is ‎transmitted between your computer and our network, or any personally information provided to us or to any third party through or in ‎connection with the services.‎
